The rollout has started! I could download the new version 9.1.3 from our company's software portal and it works like a charm. Now I am back online with my Mac and MacOS Catalina. Thanks, Pulse Secure team! To all others who suffer from this issue: Talk to your IT-department, maybe they can also already access and provide the new version 9.1.3. The latest version of Pulse Secure is 5.3 on Mac Informer. It is a perfect match for the General category. The app is developed by net.pulsesecure. Installation Instructions for PULSE Secure for MAC & Windows Systems. When you open the Pulse Secure Client for the first time you get the following Screen. The screen shows that you have no connections defined. Step 1: Download & Install Pulse Secure VPN Software. Click on Licensing and Download Center. If multiple accounts are displayed, select the Pulse Secure Download San Jose Account. Verify the logged in account from the top right corner of the page. Click Downloads from the main menu at the top of the page. Under Browse My Software and Documentation, click Pull Secure from the left column.

Installation

Open the package, click Continue, then Install.

Note: If you are having trouble finding the file after download, trying looking on your desktop or in the downloads folder located in the Dock.

Click Close once installation is completed.

Go to your Applications folder and click on the Pulse Secure icon to start.

Click the plus sign + to make a new connection.

Enter a name for the connection.
For Server URL, enter:
vpn.vanderbilt.edu
Click Add.

Click Connect on your newly created connection.

Read the VPN Pre Sign-in Notification and click Proceed.

Enter your VUnetID and ePassword when prompted for login credentials.

Client

Enter your secondary password from Multi-factor Authentication.

While connected, you should see an icon in the status bar.

When you are ready to disconnect, go to the Pulse Secure window and click Disconnect.
